Worst Bands of All Time

It has taken a while for me to compose this list of bands I can't stand. I am sure I missed more than a few clunkers, but these are the all-time worst bands/songs that come to mind:

Air Supply I'm All Out of Love
Asia Only Time Will Tell
Bon Jovi You Give Love a Bad Name
Chicago If You Leave Me Now
Creed With Arms Open Wide
Damn Yankees High Enough
Dave Matthews Band Crash Into Me
Enuff z nuff New Thing
Europe The Final Countdown
Extreme More Than Words
Hootie and the Blowfish Hold My Hand
Kansas Dust in The Wind
Limp Bizkit Nookie
Lita Ford Kiss Me Deadly
Poison* Talk Dirty to Me
Ratt Lay It Down
R.E.M. Stand
Stryper To Hell with the Devil
Styx Come Sail Away
Toad the Wet Sprocket Something's Always Wrong
U2 With or Without You
Vixen Edge of a Broken Heart
Warrant Cherry Pie
W.A.S.P. Blind in Texas
Winger Seventeen

*OK, I think Poison's music is utter crap, but I am RABID, GIDDY, OBSESSED with watching Bret Michaels on the VH1 Rock of Love series.

I am sad to report that there are actually a few bands on your list that I enjoy.Hope you don't think I'm 'uncool' now?

And what's worse is,there a more than a few I don't even know.

I'm a loser...with bad taste in music.

Have a great day!

goodness gracious. i know ALL of these songs. sadly, all too well. ugh. EUROPE! VIXEN! but seriously, "round and round" more than makes up for "lay it down." and now you need to compile your list of flattest voices ever. i think stephen pearcy

Chicago? Bon Jovi? Styx on your list?! I'm with Maegan on this one!

I think you should add Kajagoogoo and "Too Shy" to your list, as well as whatever band sings "You spin me right round baby, right round..."

I have to say that when I first met my husband Pete, he pretended to be a huge fan of Air Supply. I knew he was lying, so I pretended I believed him and bought tickets to a concert. I let on later that I knew he was faking his love for the band, but we went to the concert anyhow, sort of "undercover" if you will. It was a blast, and we were like two spies among all the crying and sobbing women (and men). I must say that the little one, Russell (?), was rather rude to one of his superfans and sort of lost any respect I may have had for him.

It was cheesy and fluffy but hilarious and fun too :)

I cannot get enough of the show as well. I worked with Daisy before she was on the show so that got me hooked last season, but this one I swear all the girls have the biggest fakest boobs I have seen in my life!! eeek. lol.
She also got her own show as well so that will be interesting.

Speaking of boobs, Selma and Halle definitely have the best boobs.

ok, you may kick me out since this is my first comment on your blog, but OMG, this list. srsly, i really have to beg to differ w/ you on these, but i say that out of love : ) perhaps since i grew up in the 80s i am unduly influenced by some of these--air supply, asia, BON JOVI, CHICAGO, DMB, KANSAS, REM, U2--holy lord U2?? i'm crying a little inside but will certainly come back and read you more : ) and thanks for stopping by my blog.

I feel like I could have a conversation that lasted FOREVER with you about this list! I like some of them, but have deep anger and hatred towards others. I love your panda and cat photos by the way. They are the reason I decided to add you to my feed. HAHA!

There is at least one person who hates "Cherry Pie" more than you:

Jani Lane of Warrant on VH1's "Heavy: The Story of Metal" show talking about their song "Cherry Pie":

"I hate that song. I had no intention of writing that song. The record was done. The record was called 'Uncle Tom's Cabin'. And Donny Inner [president of Columbia Records] called up and said, 'I don't hear the single. You gotta give me a f**king single like 'Love in an Elevator'. I need something like that.' So that night I wrote 'Cherry Pie'. Sent it to him. He lived with it over the weekend. Then all of a sudden the album's called 'Cherry Pie'. The record's called 'Cherry Pie'. I'm doing cherry-pie-eating contests. The single's 'Cherry Pie'. Right? If I'm lying, I'm dying. And my legacy's 'Cherry Pie'. Everything about me is 'Cherry Pie'. I'm the 'Cherry Pie' guy. I could shoot myself in the fucking head for writing that song."

I didn't find about about Rock of Love until the bus tour, but I loved every minute of that train wreck.
