Mauro Perucchetti

Mauro Perucchetti, Blast

Mauro Perucchetti's Apopalytpic exhibition will be at Halcyon Gallery in London March 14 - April 18.  Sadly I am nowhere near London and won't get to see these beauties in person.

I'm going to sound stupid, but at first glance,I thought these were perfume bottles, and I thought to myself that it was a really cool bottle-shape idea and name for a perfume.

My bad :-/

It's funny to find out how our blogs, interests and professional activity (I also used to work as marchant d'art) are so similar.

i WISH they were perfume bottles, then they might actually be affordable!!!!

i think they are just little hand grenade sculptures made to be pretty. fantastic.

I thought they looked like the bottles of Method hand soap. Still, they're the purtiest hand grenades I've ever seen!

That's it. Someone pitch the idea to make these perfume bottles! It's too cool to pass up.

Color coordinating your grenades? How chic!
