i haven't used it, but i am not into the stocking look, either. women will buy anything these days.

my mom used to rub honey on her legs when she was little thinking that is what women did back in the day to make their legs look like that. i'm sure she wished she had this!

eww im totally picturing someone sitting there and it starts peeling off - like sunburned skin. big chunks hanging off...getting left behind on chairs.
basically gross!

When are they releasing the NYCE BRA?

Spray it on and your boobs look like they did in high school.

That I would buy.

I put fake tan on my legs once.
The next day I went rollerblading at the beach.
That night after hurriedly showering, I went to a wedding. Somewhere during the ceremony, I looked down and I had white rollerblade socks on with my strappy sandals.
Guess it didn't hold up under the stress of sweat.
Classy.

I would totally try that. I think. Like if it was cheap.

very very scary..

That actually sounds very gross...umm, how do they peel off? is there a texture to them?

eh, yeah, i don't think i would try it...hahaha

NYCE!!! There are way TOO MANY instructions for me to follow here. I couldn't fathom spraying and trying to get it all even. I'll stick to nothing...like it or not guys...this girls got legs :)-

Hmmm, I'm curious about this. If it actually works how it says it does, it could be pretty neat. However, I am 99% sure that I would have virtual hose running down my legs after an hour.

So is it fake tan or is it spray on nylon (eww, just typing the words 'spray on nylon' made me cringe)?!

My grandmother told me that in Britain during WWII, when they couldn't get hold of nylons, women would stain their legs with gravy or tea so that it looked like stockings. This doesn't seem like a million miles away from spray on tights!

really ~~ what will they think of next ~~ an entire bodysuit makeover?

Seems rather high maintenance and potentially toxic. But if I had bad varicose veins, for example. Well, if I had bad varicose veins I'd probably have them salinated - but you know what I mean.

I have something in my blog for you, please check it.

Won't wear the regular ones, much less the spray on ones. That just sounds gross. Spray on tan for the legs!

yea i don't even know how to comment on this. i mean, why? this would've been way cooler in the early 90s or something.

scares me, eek haha.

uh, no.

Gabbi said...

haha... I can imagine it rubbing/sweating off just in the back of my knees. :)

My mother actually bought this stuff and my seventy year old dad learned how to spray it on her. It lasted about a month.

Hmm. I'm assuming they don't have nylon texture, just the even color. In that, it wouldn't seem so much different from spray tan/bronzer.

I use and like spray on bronzer. I have an olive complexion, so if I am "white" I actually look jaundiced. However, I don't fancy premature aging of my skin or cancer.

Mine never looks streaky or runny. I would try this. (Especially when they come out with a spray on spackle for cellulite!)

Char said...

sure, it's similar to spray tan so why not?

Jenni said...

Interesting... doesn't look like anything I'd be interesting in trying. Especially if it costs more than free. :)

i wouldn't use it everyday, but i would use it for special events, like my best friend's wedding coming up. i'm not a huge fan of tanning and don't like my white veiny legs much either! LOL!

happy weekend!

Your blog always makes me laugh! Oh my! Nyce legs. I have a pet peeve of spelling errors for one I don't GET the Y and that would be enough for me to not purchase this. Not to metion the fact it is the most ridic idea ever. Almost as bad as press on make-up. Just press it on and blend.. foundation/blush and eyeshadow. Totally trash ;-)

"I can't do this" hahaha

Sounds like to much work. But I have an ankle tattoo that I cover with large bandaids for interviews and this might be an easier solution...but i'd never use it as full on "nylons." I am feeling sticky just thinking about it..ew

Diane said...

so is it like spray on tan??? i'm wondering if there are any actual good uses for this, like camouflaging scars or stretch marks other places...? like, maybe i could wear a bathing suit again, exp since it doesnt come off with just water.

i would maybe try it. except, i'm SUPER WHITE! nude would prob be dark on me.

ok, so i know everyone's making fun of this, but i kind of want to try it. i'm just curious! i bet it feels funny. hehehehe.

I tried a variation of this and it was a complete disaster! One drop of sweat and it was coming off all over everything!

Brown Girl said...

I don't do stockings. Ever. Never eva! Texas and stocking do not go together.

Adele said...

wow, what will they think of next?! Like my dad always says, if you ever want to sell a product and sell it successfully, make it for women. (;

diane said...

I like Raina's comment, I'm with her on the spray on bra.

When I need to wear stockings to complete a look, I wear ones that have seams down the back, or fishnets. I honestly don't think Cute Hubby would dig the spray thing.

jillian-anne said...

i might just stick to stockings...not really a fan of orange skin. i love the stuff you can buy in america! i have got to visit again soon!

Andhari said...

Hmmm I'm intrigued, I don't know about it'll look like a real stocking or not but the concealing thing sounds pretty tempting. Since I do have a few small marks that need to be covered. I may try lol

Alicia said...

that's just straight nasty!! however... i would pay good money if someone bought it and tried it... i'm just sayin!

Sid said...

Why wouldn't you just wear normal stockings?

Alina said...

Holy Crap! Why? I mean what a totally useless product, the only time I wear nylons is to keep the jiggle down and smooth over cellulite (thank goodness for Spanx) This just sounds like a mess.

Pardon me miss "you have a streak in your spray on stocking"

K @ Blog Goggles said...

That makes zero sense.

Clorivak said...

Ummm...I can see that being an absolute disaster. I'd like to see it in action. I'll stick with my crazy ball socks and leotards..thank you!

I'll bet this is what's making all the chick celebrities' legs crazy shiny on the latenight talk shows. Has anyone else noticed this? It's freakish and not at all attractive.

Just wear stockings! Men will appreciate real stockings over fake one any day.

Layla said...

lol!!

I read a book from the 1960s and high school girls in France did this-?? (cheaper than stockings, I hear...)

So.. hm.. with worldwide 'crisis', someone figured it might be time to cash in on this? ;)

Tea and gravy sounds cheaper & more natural/skin friendly though, he he!! :)
