monkeys are not my favourites but these pictures are amazing!the last one is precious!xxx
Who would have thunk you could capture that many expressions?
Those are so cute. I love them. Thanks for sharing these. Hope you have a nice week.
I wish I had a monkey. My parents wouldnt let me keep anything..
That last one is too funny. I'm glad there weren't any pictures of monkeys wearing diapers because that really disturbs me.
I know some people with less facial expressions...They sure know how to pose, must learn from them!
oh my!! thanks for the laugh ...
The lighting, the expressions...everything is a wow. I wonder what it was like to be on THAT set?!?!
OMG...OMG!!! How do you do it? The 2nd one looks like my freshman high school yearbook photo. LMAO!!!
awwww, pics of my kids!!
I must say... that last fella is one sexy ape...I love the way you see the emotion in these creatures. It really does remind you how human apes really are. In fact, that orang-utan kinda reminds me of this guy at work...Hope you have a terrific week ahead!
Monkeys are cute and scary all at the same time...I don't know if I should say "aw" or "ugh". ;)
That last one is very charming.
these are fun pics, i like monkeys.at the zoo they are almost always the most entertaining animal to watch ;)
I'll take one of each please!!! :) They are so awesome!! I love the 8th shot MAJORLY ;)hope you had a great weekend drollgirl!
Oh wow, these are hilarious! My hubby and I were just talking about monkeys yesterday. He was wishing they lived in North America for some reason (LOL).It's amazing how much their personalities show through in the pictures, isn't it?
so much personality!!! love these shots - shows what amazing lighting and poses can do for the oddest looking - everyone is more glamorous with ring lights.
Love the 3rd one. So cute! The orangantuans are adorable too. I think I probably spelled that really wrong. :)
so much emotion...these are amazing!
these are amazing. these animals are so smart. I mean, they look like they are about to start talking! their eyes look so human. it kind of gives me the chills. when we were in thailand we went to this beach aptly named "Monkey Beach" - they are so used to tourists and people and they come up to you and stare at you...they're so curious.
I love these. Awesome portraits. Such amazing expressions and emotions ;)
OMG I love these. Looking into their eyes is amazing. WHOA I just sounded like some kind of creep with a monkey fetish. The last one..awwww!!!!
hahahahah...These are so AWESOME!! Made me smile on this monday ugh morning. I adore monkeys. They have the most interesting expressions ever. I've been meaning to do a post on them for so long. This lady sure knows how to photograph them...brilliant photos! I want one for my wall.
Blimey! Am I the only one who thinks they're slightly creepy? Some of them have the kind of look that says to me while they're cute, they could turn nasty in an instant. Or maybe it's just me :-)
the white one! with the big eyes, so cute and funny hahaha*loves*
these are crazy adorable! the pouty ones! the hams in front of the camera! and that last one lmao!
The first one looks like he's saying "My back is killing me and who shit in the sink?"
Yes I think I've seen these before somewhere - isn't it that woman who takes shots of the crying children? Utterly amazing and so great to see them here together like this - they are people.
SO expressive - I love these shots! All I could think of for the very first pic was, "I am NOT amused..." in a high-pitched, British, frumpy old lady voice.Love 'em!
not a fan of the monkeys/apes but these actually made me laugh. maybe i dont like them cuz the Mr. always says im his little monkey.
to the comment above...hey anonymous, didn't you get the memo. FUCK OFF! k these monkeys are adorable. i love them ALL and i seriously want one of each. the last one is KILLING me. what a pose!
Monkeys are the best! Love these incredible photos!
Now I want to know how long it took to get these shots. I can only compare it to taking kids portrait pictures. In the end they look so cute ;)
AWESOME! i can think of lots of doppelgangers that i know for these guys. this cracked me up.
oh and i see your anonymous friend is back! f&*^ off, jerk face!
OMG those expressions are to die for.
Love these guys, especially those orangutans! I jut want to hug them.
These are great - especially the 3rd one!
These are amazing!!! Too many great ones to choose a favorite :D
The chick in the last picture is copying my pose!! I always do that and my husband traces my curves..what can I say its fun :)BTW, I can't believe you are 5'9" ugh...I'm only 5'4", would love to be tall like that!!Bunny
Ah, a monkey pin-up. Bet there's someone out there who's into it. :)
I saw this book at B&N, what amazing photos! There is so much personality in those eyes!
I've always hated monkeys, but even I was amused by that last photo!
Jill's name came to mind when I saw these!! This is totally her style and I just saw her work in Wired magazine this weekend. She is amazing!!
I am reminded of a childhood calendar of monkeys and one in particular that sat on a toilet reading the newspaper. The one with the closed up eyes made my heart sad, but the rest are very cute. I wonder how monkeys see us?
gyaa monkeys and apes never seemed that adorable before ! x)
i still prefer King Kong.
gahd, these pics are je ne sais pas... scary or just hilarious!?
omg omg omgomgomogmgomgomgm So great ...the first one is priceless ..but the one about half-way down looks like he's sayin' "Whatchu talkin' bout Willis?"
Totally love the last one! Reminds me of the Cosmo Burt Reynolds spread...without the rug. My husband, as a teenager, used to work at a gas station. The owner had a monkey. He told me that all day, all it did was jerk off!
For some reason, I totally want these framed and in my bathroom.
These are so awesome, I love em.
i quickly scrolled through these, not because i have an aversion to monkeys/apes but after watching that train wreck called my monkey baby on tlc i just have a hard time looking at primates right now.
I love a damn monkey. And a damn tamarin (the tiny monkeys that look like little old men). These are great pictures.
Haha, look at those faces. Precious and so expressive.
