Wow. That looks like the aura I see just before I get a massive migraine. Fugly with a capital F. - G

If I was a baggage handler I'd either damage it or lose it on purpose just because it's ugly

Laura Trevey said...

It does have one advantage: No one will confuse it as theirs at baggage claim!!!

I want it! When I land, I want to know that my luggage is there. I own lime green, tapestry and was searching for a funky orange set. I think it hilarious when two people reach for the same black bag at the airport.

one word: NO

{however, I do see these in the running future for "boss gifts" from a certain someone whose name begins with the letter X}

I can't stand that A-hole.
Check out this anti-britto article.

LOL and here I thought it was cute

Knowing my lucky the airport turnstiles would still be full of the same looking bags!

jennifer from pittsburgh said...

Agreed! It's hideous, just WAAAAAY too busy.

morgan said...

It may be ugly but you can bet your ass there'd be no confusion as to what bag was yours coming off the chute!

Ela said...

Whoa.

Why do I get the the feeling that this luggage, they WOULDN'T lose.

Happy weekend, muffin!

Jennifer Fabulous said...

Definitely not something I would like to be seen carrying through an airport...but I guess you really couldn't miss it at baggage claim. Haha. Oh, and I love your tags for this post. They made me laugh out loud. :P

Have a great weekend! :)

....rewind...what I MEANT to say was the the Britto Collection by Heys was my ultimate favorite luggage EVER.

OMG. HORROR. I guess the only single upside to traveling with these, is that you know for sure nobody will ever mistake them for theirs....another plus might be through customs....they'd never bothering looking in there, simply out of fear ;)

BAH!! Happy Friday drollgirl!! Have an awesome weekend!!

These were on one of those sample sale websites recently. I thought my eyes were deceiving me. But, no, it seems some people might choose to travel with ugly, 1980's abstract art on their suitcases. Then again, I travel A LOT, and I have, thankfully, never seen these in action.

But, for the Jon & Kate + 8, and the Octo-Moms of the Planet...this could be a huge benefit. They'll never loose their luggage again!

The Seeker said...

Well, they have a great thing, you'll never forget how your luggage look like and people wouldn't pick it by mistake ;-)

Sorry my absence due to my mother's loss.

Love

xoxo

I actually dig this luggage! I would rock it proudly through any airport - I don't care who thinks it's fugly. At least it would be easy to find in the baggage claim ... unlike my current boring black bag that I have to tie a ribbon to in order to distinguish it from the sea of other boring black bags. :)

Reminds me of Keith Haring...which I've never liked.

Alisa said...

Too much, but some people go for that. Not for me.

WendyB said...

I have an obsession with being able to spot my bags on the conveyor belt so I would love these except I don't do hard-sided suitcases!

sealaura said...

i can't imagine anyone wanting to steal these and if they did they probably couldn't steal them succesfully.

have a great weekend. speaking of luggage. I am going to the travel expo at the convention center I wonder if they will have any luggage ideas that are a bit more chic.

Down and Out Chic said...

well, at least the chances of losing it in the airport are slim to none!

Uber ugly. But you would never have a problem determining which luggage on the luggage rack is yours! :)

Cheryl said...

Cheerful though. Looks like something you'd find in Ross or Marshal's.

Tracie said...

Ugly but unique.

Have a great weekend!

That looks like a damn elementary school project. Did some third grader enter a contest for best luggage design and win? Horrible.

Having said that, i've already bought two for myself and dave. Hahaha! Yea fucking right!!!

Diana said...

I don't think my luggage will lost or stolen if i had these!! LOL!

I just threw up a bit in my mouth.

Kirsty said...

Fucking hell. At least you won't have to wait long at baggage collection. They'll THROW that shit off the plane.

Pretty Little World said...

You'd definitely recognize that coming around the baggage carousel at the airport!!

Lynn said...

Hello, Droll Girl. Hope all is well with you!
I agree. At least you could find your luggage. I have the ubiquitous black canvas monstrosity so I stamped apples all over it so I can tell it apart from the others.

fadetoblack said...

hahah

wel at least no one would steal from it!

Girl Japan said...

Happy V-day darling! OH and HELL no to the luggage... EWWW

Christina In Wonderland said...

Would it be weird if I said I actually kind of like it? Or maybe it's just because I'm insane. Or blind. That's it. Maybe I've gone blind...

diane said...

Brilliant. How did you find these? Truly heinous.

Salt said...

Oh my gah. And I was just talking about how I need new luggage for our upcoming trip!

It burns my retinas.

Miss Absinthe said...

BUT, you would always find it on a luggage rack and nobody else would take it!!!

Happy Chinese New Year!!!

Sam said...

Woah! If they were any louder you'd need ear plugs!

This is what cartoon characters travel with.

Well, I guess I'm different, because I actually like the first set. Thankfully everybody has (a right to have) different taste.

And I actually don't think they are so ugly. I would like to have one of these sets. At least I would always find it at the airport.
