I think that the first two are my favorite, though I like the fact that he uses the same sort of technique in all of these, and yet each image feels completely new and different from the others.

WOW!! I'm sorta at a loss for words right now. They are really interesting. I have to go read about the artist! Supper intriguing. I adore the names of the work and I love the octopus around the tree in "Tangled in Slumber's Reason" THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing these!!

No sir, I don't like it (spoken in the horse voice from Ren and Stimpy and if you aren't familiar with the horse voice, you really should be).

Seriously though, these pictures make me feel weird inside.

I'm loving the new header, though!!!

I'm looking at your blog header and thinking "I knew this shit would happen with those fuckin' cats." Where'd it happen? Pomona?

Looks like Dr. Seuss and Elvira had a child here!
So... How is the droll girl these days?

These are very intriguing - they make me feel the tiniest bit uncomfortable and frenetic, not necessarily a bad thing, although I think that means I wouldn't hang them in my bedroom.

I think I already told you but I love the new header. I'm assuming that's Los Angeles because I honestly don't know where else a battle between good and evil would pop up ;)

hmmm....I'm not sure how I feel about these. I love the details and the themes but still not sure.

I love em because, like M. Ryden, from afar they look pretty and soft ...and then you ZOOM IN ...and not so pretty. Tricky. Lovely :)

His work is amazing dear Drollgirl! I love the mix of textures and styles... gorgeous.

:0 Holy guacamole batman! (sorry, i know you're not batman). That first one is my favourite. It's the tentacles that win me over there. I'm not sure why, but octopus tentacles really draw me in. I remember seeing these chandeliers that looked like tentacles, and i wanted them so bad.
TENTACLES!!!!
Oh, and yeah, the other pics rock too. The tree growing out of the deer horns is pretty damn cool.
To me it looks as though he is demonstrating the balance of nature- there is beauty but also cruelty, and this is how balance is achieved.I always look at the polarity of things though, so that's probably just my own personal interpretation. But whatever, interpretations aside, i find these aesthetically pleasing. I like!

Whilst I can't honestly say I like these, they are the sort of works that you never tire of looking at because you can see something different every time.

This is the sort of shit that I love.

I also love your banner. I am not a cat person (I know, controversial!) but I do love these cats.
