I am so confused by this ad campaign... what's hard labor? Why is it wrong to lounge in the pool in tuxedo? Is she hurting her back when she poses like that?
Obviously ads get a bit of help with Photoshop, so can someone please reassure me that that is what is going on with that guy's face? Angular is one thing, but holy cow...

The way I see it...nobody there is laboring. They're all reclined and relaxed.
