I have a theory that outdoorsy people get more out of life. I am not really an outdoorsy type per se [my Dad used to refer to me as a HOUSEPLANT when I was a kid], but I am determined to spend a lot of time outside over the 3-day weekend.  Maybe these photos will inspire you to do the same.  :]

You and me both!! I have big plans of creating some sort of backyard paradise...ya know, in the midst of downtown Baltimore. I just can't hang out there at night...then the rats come out and I'm not down with them. happy weekend!!

These photos are hot. Seriously. And they make me want to jump in the car and head down to southern California. I don't know that I'm traditionally "outdoorsy" but I do love hiking and being at the beach as much as possible. Camping? Not so much.

Houseplant = hilaaaaaarious!

We are very outdoorsy, probably because our nice days up here are so few and far between...so we get out when we can- I actually saw freakin' snowflakes this morning...

Hot damn woman you and me both -- houseplant as a kid (actual bookworm whose mother sent her outdoors to play and i took my book and read it on the front steps) AND looking to get some outdoor time this weekend.

always wished i learned how to surf. even though they're totally disheveled they seem to have the world in their hand. right now i just wanna get someone's hair in my fist.

xo,
c

Sure does look like the outdoorsy types are having a lot of fun. I'm ok with it as long it is not too hot or too cold.

My first grade teacher used to call me a house cat, like it was a bad thing, because I preferred to stay in and read instead of going outside to play in the snow during the winter.

I love the idea of being an outdoorsy type in theory but I'm kind of lazy and not a frisbee tossing kind of gal. Hope you have a great long weekend!

These images are great. Remind me when i was much younger and was the very outdoorsy and beach type.
Have a great weekend. Don't burn... :)

Beautiful images. I think if I lived near a beach or the countryside, I'd definitely be more outdoorsy, but it's a little more difficult if you live in the city. I do love the outdoors though. Hope you're having a great weekend!

Cuba is so interesting right now. I can't wait for this book "Habana Libre" to come out.
I love the work that Michael does and the creative side to Havana that no one has herd about until now.
