so cool- my husband won't let me have a vintage car cuz he says you need to be good at tinkering with cars in order to own an old one.

Oh, I'd take the '68 Jaguar.

You would probably enjoy The Woodward Dream Cruise which just ended this past weekend. It's the world's largest one-day automotive event. It's classic car heaven.

I'm not a car person in the least but I can definitely appreciate the beauty of these!

Just got off a two week road trip From L.A. to Whistler B.C. and back.
We spied a lot of good old cars on the road, but no where more than in Oregon. August must be the month for car shows.

Cheers!

Goodness gracious alive! I cannot believe these cars sell for that much . . . that Gatsby car went for $293K?? OMG. I don't know anything about cars, or care really, but I'm sure these vintage beauties are quite enticing for those who do!

Oh I have a soft spot for Jags too! My uncle had an old E Type that he promised me when I got older. Unfortunately he also had a bad gambling habit for a while and lost it in a bet. So sad.

Had to show the bf this post. His fave was the 58 Oldsmobile.
