Sweet Mini Peppers

Have you seen these tiny and adorable sweet mini peppers? Have you TRIED THEM?! They are so sweet and juicy and delicious!

I don't really have a recipe for you -- I think these little fellas are best served raw [decapitation optional; like most of us, they are cuter with the tops on].

I have also tried roasting them, but I prefer them raw. (If you are going with the roasting or grilling method, don't cut off the tops and when you bite into each little roasted sweet pepper it will BURST into your mouth with a giant squirt of juiciness -- it is hilarious.)

Also pictured above is my new little ECOlunchbox.  SO FRAKKING CUTE!  It looks like a tiny turkey roasting pan!  It makes me laugh!  If you want one {actually it is a set of three! whee!}, they are available here.

I am sad because I just had to toss some of those mini peppers 'cause I couldn't use them all before they went bad. I love them! I just eat them raw. So yummy!

I am going to have to check out that lunchbox. I bring my lunch every day and I hate my little lunch bag thing.

They are tasty! I get them by the boatload at Costco. If you haven't tried them stuffed with goat cheese and grilled (or roasted), I highly recommend it. I'll have to try them raw. I have a tendency to smother things in cheese before just trying them plain, so thanks for the reminder to get back to square 1.

No joke, I love these more than life itself. Haha... well, I eat them as if I do. I buy them at Costco. A huge bag for four dollars.

Cutest lunch box ever.

OMG that's a photo you took? It's beautiful! Those peppers are so cute . . . can't decide which is cuter: them or the lunch box! I want one now. Checking out the link. I looooooove sweet peppers and highly recommend them grilled with burrata cheese and some sort of toasted bread. I had that at one of my favorite restaurants here and now it's one of my favorite things. Delish.

I really think you should frame that photo and hang it in your kitchen!

Oh that lunchbox is adorable! I thought that was a professional shot!

So, I had these as an appetizer tonight! They had been roasted and stuffed with warm goat cheese with capers sprinkled around and a balsamic drizzle. So freakin good!
