Edenmont’s photographs feature ostensibly beautiful subjects, such as children wreathed in flowers or constructions of butterfly wings. But they’re akin to 17th-century Dutch still lifes, as reminders of the fragility and brevity of life, Edenmont said.

She totally reminds me of the old time Dutch painters! I love those descriptions. That first painting is so beautiful.
At first glance, I didn't know if these were photos, paintings, mixed media, or what. They're beautiful. I like the pinwheel flower especially.
There is something special about butterflies - i really enjoyed seeing thse.
So beautiful.
These are beautiful. But the longer I looked at each of them, the creepier they became. All those dead butterflies with their wings left behind.
it´s great to see many good ideas.
These are wonderful. I love butterflies ... and have been known to chase just one for 15 minutes to snap a picture of it.

I would love to have a skirt made entirely out of fake butterflies.
I'm obsessed with all things butterfly related. I approve of this choice. And the drama and contrast. Gorgeous.
Much Love,
