Ugly Flowers

Talk about a color explosion.  A color abomination.

The only two people I can think of that might like these flowers are Jerry Garcia and Betsey Johnson.

These flowers are available for purchase at Fiesta Roses.

At Fiesta Roses, we’ve mastered the art of dyeing roses so well that we can ensure each petal is whatever color we want it to be. So naturally we specialize in the supremely cheerful rainbow roses. It’s all about putting together a striking color palette, using fresh, top-quality flowers, and presenting them to your loved one in a beautiful arrangement.

I'd rather get black roses. Or dead roses. OR NO ROSES.

I am in total agreeance with you!! Fuck roses, haha! And glad to hear everything is good on the health front. Now we can go on hating things together, haha!

Oooh, definitely ugly! I love colored roses, like a peach blush, but multi colored ones? No. I was just thinking, though, what would I say if someone gave me of a dozen of these? I wouldnt want to hurt their feelings, but yuck!

I agree, once again. They took the beauty of life - natural life - and effed with it. That rarely sits well with me....

those red/white/blue roses are randomly at places here in TX - they match the flag, so i guess it's a state pride thing...?

they all look barftastic to me.

Awful... I too would prefer dead roses over these...

i don't believe in roses or any real flower for that matter; it's a waste of money because they die so quickly and they're a bitch to clean up.

and those flowers are hideous.

I kinda like them... but not enough to buy them. Or want them.

awwww c'mon! They're not that bad! Your grandma would go crazy for the red white and blue ones on the 4th of July! ;)

why anyone would do that to a flower is beyond me! eeeew!!

Absolutely LMAO re: Jerry Garcia and Betsey Johnson. SO TRUE!

The winner of the ugly award goes to the patriotic roses. WTF. I'm imagining them presented to a woman with a howling-at-the-moon wolf shirt and a Coors Light. In a koozy with an American flag. How do you spell koozy?

Why mess with perfection?

Seriously? Did they really take something in nature that is gorgeous and jack it up like that?

It's almost as bad as people dying their pets, but not quite. "Hey, I'm gonna cut my dog's hair to make him look like a lion!" stabstabstab!

I've never been a fan of roses. Give me some daisies any day. Better yet give me a big tub of fries and some ice cream and we're good. Yuck.

Alisa said...

Me too! I don't like the look of dyed flowers. Too artificial and cheap looking. Yuck!

This is proof that nature is perfect !
and needs no alteration.

That is one piece of "art" of I wouldn't want in my home.

It is like a Cyndi Lauper, Rainbow Brite, Prince and Uncle Sam mated with a Rose - that is not something anyone wants to see!

wtf. ugh!!! stop it. those are so bad. cheese to the max.

I thought those were fake until I read their statement. Oh the botany!! Such a crime against nature. You know there is an American Gypsy out there who thinks this is the height of class.
